Erlandson Health, PLLC currently offers four different plans for patient care.

Platinum Direct Access

$12 per month

Your monthly membership fee gets discounted office visits (in-person and virtual) at a rate of $100 per hour.

30 minute minimum per scheduled office visit, regardless of location.

A La Carte Plan 

One time $25 sign up fee

A la carte office visits (in-person or virtual) are $120 per hour.

No other access to medical care except office visit and single message follow up post-visit.

30 minute minimum per scheduled office visit, regardless of location.

Disability Exam

One time fee of $250

The disability exam is a 90 minute office visit (in-person or virtual) with a disability letter (pending examination) and a single message follow up post-visit.

“I Don’t Know What’s Wrong”

$150 per hour

We can provide one-time medical consulting (in-person or virtual) for rare diseases, strange symptoms, bad outcomes, and second opinions.

Depending on the specifics of the patient scenario, records review and letters may be generated.

30 minute minimum per scheduled consultation, regardless of location.
