- In-person, face to face visits:
- Wednesdays only – in our Elkin Office.
- Virtual visits over your iOS device (iPhone, iPad) or any computer with a web browser:
- Monday through Thursday
- Direct messaging over your phone or computer:
- 9am to 6pm Monday through Thursday
Every Erlandson Health patient is provided with a portable patient owned electronic medical record that is under their control.

- Urgent care visits done virtually 9-5 M-Th, in office on Wed
- Scheduling of labs through LabCorp
- Referral to Specialist
- Referral for X-rays, Images and Ultrasounds
- Coordination of care
- Post Hospital visits
- Post Emergency Room visits
- Referral for surgery
- Weight and Metabolism management, with prescription management
