The mission of Erlandson Health, PLLC is to provide Direct Access Medical Care to 100 clients, with an affordable and sustainable low cost EMR (electronic medical records) platform.
I wish to eliminate all institutional barriers that separate patients and providers.

Philosophy
Services are only provided for the benefit of the patient.
Medical care will be affordable and unbiased by third parties.
Dr. Erlandson will work for the patient only.
Caveats
Erlandson Health will not cater to drug seeking or addicted patients. Prescription medications will only be prescribed as appropriate and necessary.
Controlled substances will only be prescribed after a face to face visit.
Dr. Erlandson will query the prescription database prior to all new and refill prescriptions, following all North Carolina and US Federal prescribing guidelines.
Take all medications responsibly!
Since this is a low cost general medical practice, Erlandson Health does not carry commercial professional liability insurance.
Ultimately you are responsible for the outcome of your care. Please ask questions.
All disputes shall go directly to mediation and arbitration.
Your continued good health and welfare is the primary goal of Erlandson Health.
